PrideStaff Climbs the Franchise Times® Top 400® Ranking for Third Consecutive Year
October 08, 2021 // FranchiseMarketingSolutions.com // Despite a year of shutdowns, pandemic-related restrictions and radical changes, PrideStaff, a franchised staffing organization, is pleased to announce that they climbed to number 208 on the exclusive 2021 Franchise Times Top 400 list, after entering the list at number 237 in 2019.
As the only list specifically based on global systemwide sales, the annual Top 400 is the result of a five-month research and reporting effort that results in the most comprehensive, objective and elite ranking of US-based franchise systems. Previously called the Top 200+, Franchise Times expanded its annual ranking to better encompass the biggest brands in franchising, along with promising young concepts in growth mode.
This year’s ranking clearly shows the pandemic’s impact on the franchise industry’s strongest and emerging hot brands. Following two years of healthy growth, combined annual sales at the top 400 franchises fell by 13.1% last year to $635.9 billion. While industries like restaurants were hard-hit, the real estate, heath and medical, staffing and retail industry sectors experienced robust growth.
By pivoting operations, really listening to employers, and living their corporate mission to ‘Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most,’ the teams in each of PrideStaff’s offices became indispensable partners to clients in 2020. That focus, commitment and hard work helped the staffing and employment organization rise through the ranks during a year of unprecedented challenges. “We are thrilled not only to have made Franchise Times’ list for a third consecutive year, but to have also climbed in the ranking each year,” said PrideStaff VP of Franchise Development, Paula Pizarro, CFE. “In a time when many franchises and staffing organizations struggled, we pivoted our focus to serve essential businesses, while connecting thousands of job seekers with steady employment.
The success of PrideStaff’s approach is evident, as they consistently rank among the highest 1% of staffing firms in the industry. According to ClearlyRated, a business intelligence firm specializing in the staffing industry, PrideStaff earned a client Net Promoter® Score (NPS) as high as or higher than other well-known brands such as Southwest Airlines and Netflix. NPS is computed by subtracting a firm’s detractors from its promoters.
