Overview
Age Performance clients receive a customized program designed to meet their specific needs. Physical activity programs that address special needs for those individuals with chronic disease including stroke, arthritis, cancer, Parkinson’s, osteoporosis, diabetes, and dementia are also available.

Our unique concepts and methods are designed so that our “health span” matches the duration of our “life span.” Our goal is for our clients to remain healthy and to perform better physically so that they can continue to enjoy travelling, skiing, golf and other important activities.

The atmosphere at Age Performance is quiet and non-intimidating. The noise level, lighting, temperature and type of equipment are all geared toward the older adult.

Our center features the largest selection of Keiser Air Resistance machines in Salt Lake. Keiser equipment allows you to train at fast speeds effectively and safely.
