Cinch I.T. Georgia Kicks Off First Six Months of Opening with Impressive Success
October 25, 2021 // FranchiseMarketingSolutions // VININGS, GA – Cinch I.T. has experienced success within six months of opening its first location in Georgia that supports the Atlanta and Vinings area. The demand for the brand’s support services has been skyrocketing as businesses, and remote workers rely on technology every day and need to protect themselves from the most recent national cyberattacks.
Cinch I.T.’s first Georgia location is owned and operated by local entrepreneur and veteran Troy Cobb. He opened the Vinings location during the pandemic and took a significant risk that many new business owners were not willing to do at that time. However, Cobb believed in Cinch I.T.’s proven business model and the support to focus on growing his business. Today, Cobb has tripled his number of clients after hitting his six-month mark of opening his location. He attributes this success to the relationships he continues to build within his community. Looking ahead, Cobb has set a goal to grow his revenue by a factor of eight by summer 2022.
“Opening a new business this past year for many has been a challenge, but I am very grateful to have achieved amazing growth within Cinch I.T., as the brand has provided support every step of the way,” stated Cobb. “I am thrilled with the number of relationships I have made within my community and getting to know other local business owners. I look forward to continuing to grow my business with the support of Cinch I.T. and my community.”
Giving back is a key factor Cobb uses to stay connected within his community and to build his business relationships. Next year, Cinch I.T. in Vinings will be partnering with Renegade Golf, a golf bag manufacturer, to begin a program to expand opportunities in underprivileged areas by starting and/or supporting high school golf programs. Cobb is also teaming up with Ryan Cox, the founder of Gwinnett Chat Outreach Inc., a non-profit mentoring program for underprivileged youth in Gwinnett County. At the end of this month, Cobb and Cox will be putting on a golf seminar for children in Cox’s Gwinnett Chat Outreach Inc. program.
Cinch I.T. provides remote and on-site computer support. The services offered include I.T. support plans, network security, backup/disaster recovery, cloud computing, cybersecurity software, tech consulting, and more. In addition, the brand’s hands-on approach offers centralized client support, tech consulting, 24/7 network and hardware monitoring, hardware and software sales and distribution, and centralized billing so that each franchisee is set up for growth and success.
The brand has recently signed two development deals to support business and remote workers throughout Atlanta and Southern Utah. The Southern Utah location is set to open in early November, followed by its second Atlanta location shortly after.
“We are truly blown away with Troy’s success and the drive he has for building relationships with residents in his community. Cinch I.T. is excited to bring on more franchisees like Troy, who show a passion for our brand and believe in our business model,” stated Rick Porter, President of Cinch I.T. “We all rely heavily on technology and the number of our support calls reflects that. We look forward to supporting more communities nationwide as Cinch I.T. continues to expand into new markets.”
