Four-week Twin Peaks training program in Addison, Texas. In addition we provide on-site training teams to assist in store opening. Additional instruction is provided at monthly GM meetings, as well as access to video-based training materials, online intranet systems, and field operations teams deployed to assist in ongoing store support.


Financial requirements: For single unit (smaller markets) – $500,000 liquid assets; $1,500,000 net worth. For multi-unit (3 or more restaurants) – $1,500,000 liquid assets; $3,000,000 net worth Operations Requirement. At least 5 years full service restaurant experience. Preferrably multi-unit experience. Strong ties to local community.
